How many decisions do you think 1 person makes in a day? Some sources estimate that, on average, an adult makes approximately 35,000 conscious decisions, every day. You could categorise these decisions into various types, for instance:

At one end of the scale there are Mundane decisions (for you or someone else) such as, what to eat for lunch, or should I go for a walk. However, it should be noted that, when a Mundane decision is made, it may, in the fullness of time, turn out to be a Life Changing decision.)
