While the Phases of Transformation (as defined in POET) are
used to adopt any of Pragmatic's Frameworks,
so the Transformational information (as defined by MAGMA) is used as we move
from one Step (Phase) to the next.
Steps
The Actions we follow in Steps 0 to 3 are defined in PEFF.
These Actions cause us to decide on the Measures we will use (supplied by
PEFF), which leads us to perform an Assessment based on those Measures, which
leads us to create the Motivation (to proceed), which leads us to create
proposed subsequent Actions. This cycle then repeats until Step 4.
