Step Zero - Where Should We Start?

This is a well-known saying, but I think is often interpreted incorrectly.

It is used a lot of the time to say, "The most important or difficult step is the first step". Indeed PEAF said that for a number of years. But like with most things, time and thinking allows us to improve. In actuality, there is another, more important step before taking the first step, and that is to decide to take the first step.
