Keypoint

Adopt this component by...

The most important thing is NOT TAKING the first step.

It’s DECIDING to take the first step.

Questions to ponder...

Would you agree that the hardest step to maturing any capability is deciding to take the first step?

If so, why so? If not, why not?

What do you believe is the first step to maturing any capability?
