Never underestimate the kind of things that a good culture
can create.
A small change in culture (while perhaps more difficult to
achieve) can produce literally incalculable positive benefits. Culture is what
delivers a Strategy, or Culture is what destroys a Strategy. Depending on the
culture, it’s either the oxygen of an Enterprise’s success, or the cancer of
Enterprise’s destruction. We can define as many processes and products as we
like but it’s culture that will make or break them.
